SS's are going to get priority. Do you blame GM?

I ordered a 2LT manual in Aqua Blue Metallic. I ordered mine on 2/24/09 and have heard nothing whatsoever on updates from the dealer. My salesman quit to go to another dealer and prior to that, he was keeping me informed on changes in production as he heard them. Since he left, I haven't heard a thing. I did stop in at the dealer in late March and they were guessing the car would be built either around 4/27 or 5/4. but just a guess. They knew they also had a dealer car coming in but they had no idea on when that would be ,either so, my guess is the dealers aren't being well informed in some cases by GM. Since I am seeing very few ABM cars so far and now it seems there is a delay in manuals, I have no idea when mine will come through. All I can do is wait.

yes i ordered earlier than some of the SS's here so why not give the SS's and V6's the same treatment and do a 50/50 and once they are done with the v6's move on to like 90% ss's

It may be more efficient to build in groups of V8 auto, V8 manual, V6 auto, V6 manual. They can't be wasting extra labor switching stuff around for each car on the line if they want to be efficient and compete.

and let's please not make this in to a "dealer cars" thread..

I just want the fellow V6 people to chime in on their orders.
They may have them done but they caused a v6 delay . YOU WANTED AN UPDATE FROM PEOPLE AND THAT IS WHAT I GAVE YOU AND A POSSIBLE REASON WHY YOU ARE STILL WAITING. My post was not a complaint in any way and I wasn't trying to turn your precious thread into anything. Here is a suggestion the next time you start a thread POST RULES WITH IT SO PEOPLE DON'T F'N OFFEND YOU OR HURT YOUR LITTLE THREAD. Then you wont have to jump on people for answering

How did you get that from that? You obviously have never been jumped on for real. She was just saying she already knew that. The thread was made to find out how the V6s are doing, not how the Man is bringing us down.

Came off arrogant and as accusing of something I wasn't doing.
