You know if everyone pitched in and bumped this thread once a day we wouldn't have to put up with all the silly cold air intake threads

Or bug the Moderators to make it a sticky as suggested 50 times

I know the Vararam isn't on this spreadsheet but it does perform really well correct? Track times show it does but doesn't this mean it is increasing power? Shouldn't this show on a dyno even though they say it doesn't?? Guess I'm confused.

There have been so many changes to the Vararam I would have to get a NEW one and test it.

But Vararam must Provide it and Agree for us to test it, which in the past they declined, I suspect due to on going design changes.

I have had good results with Vararam with custom tuning.

Ted.

I have bugged them. The moderators on the site are a useless bunch of pimple headed kids, most of them don't own a Camaro.

I have told myself that I'm not going to buy from the vendors on this site because of the run in's I have had with the juvenile moderator staff. But I can't see punishing the vendors for something that probably pisses them off as much as it does me.

The vendors or sponsors on this site are top notch. I can only think of one who is substandard. The vendors that I have talk to or done business with have all been outstanding.

That moderator is Dragoneye.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

OK, for now at least I just have the New Era tube and a K&N drop in with the stock air box. Hopefully, the drop in is a least a tad better than the stock filter but how in hell can the New Era tube (in place of that hideous stock one with the accordian bend and big "baffles" hanging off the sides, etc) account for a -3.2 hp difference?!
