4th gen V8 f-bodies in somewhat decent shape seem to be way overpriced here in DFW. You get lucky you can find one from a private seller. I still see dealers try to sell used 4th gens with low-good miles for $12-20k. Hell a few months back a chevy dealer in Waxahachie was trying to sell a 2002 WS6 conv with 28k miles for $30,000.
You'll find them sometimes at dealers, you have to wait. Mostly when they end up in the used car section of autotrader from trade ins. About a year ago a dealer (I think it was Grand Prairie Ford or maybe 5 star ford) was selling a 2000 Formula with 45k miles for $7,500, It sold within a day of the ad being up from what I was told when i called |
