I got a lil dilemma, my dealer called and said I got 2 options. #1 is keep my order the way it is with my options and wait another 3-4 months or #2 remove my options, have my car built next week and possibly have it by next month. What do you guys suggest? The reason for this is because there is a constraint on the exposed carbon fiber insert that goes on the hood.

i would ditch the carbon fiber personally. everything else will be the same? if so, just order that bad boy up without the carbon fiber! unless you really, really, really, really want it and it's a must have for you.

Yeah, if you had the carbon fiber option the build is reallyyyy delayed. I was reading that on these forums yesterday. It all comes down to if you think you can or want to wait for that option. Is it worth it to you? Some people absolutely, and others just want the car. I'm not sure what I would do. If I could wait I would, but if I was anxious for the car and just want to drive it sooner, than I would cancel the option to have the build date quicker. What are you leaning towards the most man? I would just think hard about it because you want the car EXACTLY the way you want it. It's only being built once

I think I rather have a low vin# than the insert, I can add it later on but will probably cost double and won't be from factory.

3-4 months ? hell the fudge no !!!!! I would just forget about that option and add it later down the line

Hey if anyone is interested I dont know where exactly this is in Cali im going with a Friend in My command who has A Vette, lil pricy but he said you get about 20-25 runs and its all legal. You can even do runs at a rolling start. looks interesting thought Id pass it along.
