That happened to me a few times, that just boils your blood!

you think thats bad.... I got a fuc*ing speeding ticket last year and the chp put FORD MUSTANG on my ticket ..... anyway judges in the courts in orange county are bunch of assholes who look after the state and their pockets and not justice because he said even though ticket had completely different make and model vehicle , he said that chp sometimes make minor mistakes and it was not big enough mistake for dismissal I was pissed like never before , oh well thats our "justice" system

Damn, that is bad. haha. The make and model of the vehicle is on the registration if he had any doubts what-so-ever. I'm sorry to hear about that story man, and I hope your insurance didn't go up because if it.

I could go on but it is a valid argument - the CHP have a duty to maintain proper observation
thank you brother thats exactly my thoughts ! and I even told the judge how can we trust the competency of this officer on this particular day when he can't even perform a simple task like copy information from my insurance and registration card onto the ticket...... like I said fuc*ing corrupted orange county Court system thats why

Damn Leo, that's a huge increase. They wouldn't allow you take traffic school, or does that not matter or speeding tickets?

Here's a good question: So, say I got a ticket for window tint, or tinted taillights, or something similar (or maybe a combination of them all), does that increase insurance? It's not a moving violation, so I wouldn't see why it would. Who knows though, as not a lot of that crap makes sense.

no , that dirtbag of a "judge" told me I'm lucky he's not suspending my license because the car the chp saw was going 120 I'm like wtf ! and funny thing is chp said he visually estimated that speed lmfao , he must have superman vision to estimate that kind of speed but yet can't read insurance and registration card that both say Chevy camaro ..... the judge even told me "I know this officer and take his word over yours" man I was so close to flipping out but I kept my composure because I didn't want to end up in jail

Yeah, I can imagine the frustration man. That would have irritated anyone. Thankfully non moving violations won't do much damage to the insurance. I know what it feels like to pay double the insurance, lol, because after one accident it did just that. It took THREE damn years to come off the driving record and then my premiums dropped. Amazing....

and it gets better ! apparently there is some new law (at least here in orange county that I know of ) that if you want to appeal your case you have to serve the parties involved ! meaning the judge and chp officer ! wtf kind of shit is that ! I gave up after I got that notice because I realized I'm just going to waste more time and money and the end result from this corrupted system is that I'm still guilty without being proved guilty
