Footwell lighting
I have read threads about installing them to light up when the door opens or the dome light is on but all the threads are on a 2011! I have a 2012 and it's different wires under than the 2011. Anyone know how to install on a 2012?

So under your 2012 there is no gray wire that goes into a gray connector?
Could someone else with a 2012 confirm/deny this? |

Okay I found a gray wire(s). There are multiple gray wires. So the one I need is connected into the gray port?

So you put the red wire into the gray and your black wires on any ground wire?
