A couple days ago you gave me a status of 3000 and a TPW of 1/12/12. gmconnects.com changed to status 3000 on 1/03/12 and still shows status 3000 and no TPW date.

Is it normal to be at 3000 for 10 days? I thought the status would change given a TPW of 1/12/12.

Any thoughts?

In the 3000 Status..
means that the Order is Accepted by Production Control

A TPW can be asigned at this point and above,
depends on parts availability, production load, etc...
TPW's can change depending on those variables.

currently yours is:
3000 Status.. TPW 1/23/2012
so...that means something has
changed in production control.
