I agree. Just ask. Is that Puyallup? If you've flown there I'm guessing you know where the FBO office is. If you explain exactly what it is you want to do, they might be able to accommodate you. (And wearing the boots when you ask couldn't hurt...) The only thing is the timing issue. The weather here is so fickle that you'd just have to pick a clear day to do it. Timing was everything on this picture. I was driving home from work when I saw this shaping up. I pulled in the driveway, ran in, grabbed my camera, and zipped around to this spot behind my house. I barely had a couple of moments of perfect light to get this shot:
