For any of you 2010-2011 V-8 guys that are looking to relocate your heater hoses, the factory 2012 hoses are availible at dealers. They are a hard line unit and relocate to the side of the firewall just like the aftermarket units for only $90-100. I just went this route and they were super easy to install. Next up, clean up those pesky fuel lines to get them out of the way. Also going to repaint the coil covers( they came out a litlle bright, I was painting them at night so I couldnt really tell.)

I took my car down to EFI Alchemy today to get my tune starightened out.

With the stock tune - 390 HP 399 Torque
Mail order tune - 398 HP 399 Torgue
Doc's tune - 403 HP 401 Torque.

Not bad for basic bolt ons.

He got the torque curve straightened out so it pulls much smoother and it doesn't lean out like it was. I'll have to see if it really helps at the racetrack.

btw, I have an SCT tuner for sale if anyone is interested.

You should keep that SCT. Doc can put a couple different tunes on there for you so you can swap em out when you want.

That still seams a little low with headers (if you have them). What headers and cai do you have?

I have the ARH 1 7/8 with high flow cats and the CAI Inc cai.

The cats probably cost me a couple ponies. Getting rid of the washer bottle to improve airflow into the cai would probably help a bit too.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to order the new heater hose setup. Getting the heater hoses off the intake should help a little too.
