My salesman just called and said the manager told him my car was 'pulled for production' I asked what the event code and he acted like he didn't know what event codes were. He does know what a TPW is and I don't have one yet. Any idea where I'm sitting and how long until it may be built?

My event code went from 2000 to 3000 in a week. You probably won't get a TPW for close to two weeks after you hit 3000

I went from 3000 to 3400 and it took two weeks. My original date of the tpw was the 2nd week of April - now I went to 3400 this past thursday and now my build date is this coming week.

I have a VIN (...01531) and my dealer has told me that the car is "In-Transit"...it has been in transit for about 3 weeks now...is there any way to get any further information as to its location or estimated delivery date? Thanks to anyone for your help!

Are you at 3300 (your sig) or 3400? I went to 3300 this week and was wondering about production next week. I have never been given a TPW.:(

I got my '08 Enclave about 4 weeks after the dealer said it went to 'in transit'.

I have seen forums of people offering to track through the rail system with the vin and some other tracking options. try searching for those kind of posts.

Ideal approximate timeline (time at each status code):

2000 0 weeks
3000 2 weeks
3300 1 week
3400 1 week
3800 2 weeks
6000 (delivered to you)

I don't think we've seen any orders go quicker than this yet. As time goes on, they'll start getting closer and closer to this timeline.

I've seen a few deliveries take place a week after production. They seem to send them out a day or so after making them. From there, it just depends on where you are located in the country

Call the 800 number for Chev Customer service, they can give you a TPW if you're orders been assigned one.
