I think he meant quicker than if you went to a ford or dodge dealer... he'll definitely get you a camaro faster than they will.

Well, well, well...Guess what I got today? An email from where I had thought I had an order for my LS Victory Red Camaro. Does a couple of things stand out?

I have an order with Springhurst Chevrolet on Westport road. You need to speak with Buddy Peacock. They been having a Black on black 2SS in transit for over a week. It will be on display for a short time but it is a sold order.

The guy called me again yesterday while I was at work to ask if I have received my Camaro yet. It tells me if I go back with them, I'll get it built in two months.

You said the second dealer "waved" your deposit. I would suggest that if you left no money with the second dealer and you have a similar problem, you have absolutely no leg to stand on if they sell your car to someone else. You should have a signed receipt for your order and money and accept no less.

If you get burned, you have only yourself to blame.

Complete your order the right way.

I went to the dealer and a guy at the desk wanted to know what I needed. I told him I wanted to leave a deposit and he said " Good luck with that. He doesn't take deposits."
The GM sees me and yells that he wants to speak to me, that I just got pulled. I told him I wanted to place a deposit and he said " I told you that this is your car, I would have it built for you and I don't need a deposit." I told him about the other dealer's salesman and he replied " He can't say that he could have it built before anyone else."
And he still wouldn't take my money.
