Event history??????? bwhahahaha!!!--Whats that!??

Since November 3rd ive talked to my dealer on the phone three times ---Twice because i callled Gm and they call me back after GM called them--

And got a tongue lashing that I didnt need to be calling GM or the dealers!!
Their exact quote to me was dont call us--we will call you if theirs movement on my car,----plain and simple!!

So the one and only time to this day I heard from my dealer was March 13th ,
They told me my order was pulled by GM an I had a TPW of april 6th -april 12th (YEAH RIGHT)----THEY GAVE ME NO EVENT CODE THAT DAY EVEN THOUGH I ASKED---they acted that they didnt know what an event code number was!!!!

Now its 45 days later an i havent heard from my dealear at all!! so i tried on this blog to get someone to try and help me. Luckily there are great guys on the blog--i FOUND OUT THAT I went to 3000 on april 2nd--and then 3100 on april 9th-----what happened to all the levels between 1100 and 3000 i have no idea




So with this info I called the customer help line where i strictly told them notttttt to call my dealer,--They were very nice and came back to me after 5 minutes and said that as of wed. april 23rd i was at 3400---she said was being built this last week--and if it didnt clear the line by friday the 26th --it would be finished early next week an id have a vin# number by wed or thur.


Am i happy --I should be but who knows if what the say is the truth just like
my dealer telling me ny TPW was april 6th!!!
so this is my event happenings
1100------------DEC. 10TH/08
ALL THE LEVELS BETWEEN 1100 AND 3000 --WHO KNOWS???
MARCH 13 th im called the one an only time by my dealer--Gm picks up my car an i GET A tpw OF APRIL 6TH
3000 -----APRIL 2ND
3100------APRIL9TH

It just drives me nuts that my dealer doesnt think its important enough to let me know when my car is moving I would like to know this--am i WRONG????

An before anyone says just wait your car is coming ---its NOTTTTT--about the waiting for me--if i have to wait so be it!!!!
What its about for me is planning!!! live a 6 hour round trip from the dealer--i need to know just a little bit tighter time line---without the dealer letting me know when my cars moving i have know idea how much time i do or do not have
I sold my camaro april 10th believing what my dealer said ive been without a car over 3 weeks an who knows how much longer----finances--where can i SPEND MONEY --DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY DOWN PAYMENT NOW---OR WONT I NEED IT FOR ANOTHER SIX WEEKS--ETC ETC --THIS IS WHY I WANT TO BE INFORMED

I hope GM is watching this site as it may be a reason for change in the future at GM dealers. When a customer spends over 30,000 for a vehicle they should have their calls answered and info provided. Are you listening GM?

This is ALL on the dealer. I have an awesome dealer who communicated with me every step of the way(Yes, I feel very fortunate). My dealer and GM and I got great service. His dealer and GM crappy experience. Like I said, it's all on the dealer.

are you still tracking vins below 2000? on the rail spreadsheet?
