Cool, thanks for all of the suggestions and offers, guys. I'm not sure we'll have time to get it anywhere before the DC Auto Show yet, but if we do we'll call everywhere and figure out where to go.

Wish I could get my V6 tuned...I think there is a rev limiter on it and since I have the SS wheels and tires, some adjustments need to be made.

Oh yeah, that's a big deal... just going to the lower profile 20" tires our speedo was off by about 3mph Going to 18s and 19s it's now off by about 6-7mph at high speeds.

Your tire diameter is kind of really your true final drive ratio. Although I think it's kind of neat since the SS has such ridiculously long gear ratios, going to the smaller diameter wheels and tires is kind of like bringing all of the gears closer together.

I personally don't Autocross, but I've seen some psycho national champion autocrossers who end up running 13" wheels so they can stay within rules and have the "perfect" gear ratios.

I think that's easy enough to tune though, you just input the new rear tire diameter. They can probably just do that for you at a dealer too

Tim,
Thanks for helping out! Hopefully we'll be able to work on some cool projects together in the future and get a little more power out of the Camaro!

If anyone's local, stop by the DC Auto Show starting this Friday and come check out the car, complete with fresh TandT Performance sponsor decals on it.

Well, it was a bit of an ordeal, but they're safely in the Washington Convention Center and the Auto Show starts in a couple of days.
