Since I drive a Camaro, people assume.....
Since I bought my Camaro 2 years ago, I've noticed that people have random assumptions or stereotypes about me. So, I thought I'd make a list. Add to it if this happens to you and I forgot something.
And which one of these are you actually guilty of? Since I drive a Camaro, people assume... 1. I want to hear about the Camaro they use to have and how they should've never gotten rid of it. 2. I want to race. 3. Transformers is the reason I bought it. 4. Yellow was sold out. (my car is black) 5. I hate Mustangs. 6. I'm rich. 7. I speed all the time. 8. It's all I care about. 9. I don't drive in the winter. 10. I want to know what THEY think I should do to MY car. Even though I never asked. 11. I call my car bumblebee. 12. It can't possibly be my every day car. 13. ? |

People assume I'm driving a lot faster than I really am. The Camaro gets lots of respect in traffic that my Fiesta doesn't at the same speed.

...assume I'm a redneck and live in a trailer park. Nobody's ever asked where my mullet is, however.
I try to be cordial to people that drum up a discussion over seeing the Camaro. At least I get a chance to try and "sell" them on the joys of Camaro ownership. Forgot to add...as Uncle Ben says, with great power, there must also come great responsibility.
