Grille, absorber, lower grille, bezels, DRLS, fog lamps, Do NOT require bolts they all clip in to the bumper cover. Grilles go first onto the bumper cover and then absorber next.

The lower grill does take the bolts and nuts 5 per side.

Wasn't sure yet. I just set my lower grille on my bumper, I know it clipped into the bumper somewhat. I guess the 5 fasteners on each side go tho the lower grille support?

Its the 10 nuts i have listed in the OP and the 20 bolts, if you look on the bottom of the bumper there are 2 rows of holes per side on the wings of the bumper you want the rear row, Pop the nuts in 5 per side then install the grill and run the bolts thru the bottom of the grill into the nuts.
