G8 GXP-how many made?
Well, how many GXP's are getting out of the gate before Pontiac is shut down? Now this is a car that will be valuable 30-40 years from now....not that i'd park it if i had one,i'd drive the crap out of it and just keep it.

I dunno, but I think you're right ... the G8 GXP will be a collector car: Most powerful Pontiac ever and best Pontiac ever.

Depending on how much they knock off the price..I may spring for one over the Camaro just because of it's newfound status.

Agree. I think the G8 GXP will be a collectible someday, too. I'll bet the few sent over here don't linger too long on lots, even with people knowing Pontiac is not long for the world.
There are enough people who are hardcore Pontiacs who will want a copy of the last of the breed, and I can't think of a better example to hold onto than a G8 GXP. |

I really hope Chevys are built better than they used to be. The last two I had were terrible. Honestly, I'm not saying that to be a prick. I really do hope the Camaro is put together well.
