flowmaster Outlaw?

Member here in socal has L99, 2.5" flowmaster catback with outlaws and car is being done with JBA headers(test car for them) I bought my outlaw axelback from him as they gave him about the first production set in stainless and he didnt need it.We''ll see this week I hope as to sound.
Funny thing is his L99 had less drone and more quiet then my 2012 LS3 and he had no resonaters at all! I just added the magnaflow resonated x pipe and now sounds like his as to drone but more quiet also unfortunately , go figure.

Oh yeah drone bad 1500-2400 rpm, know only 1500-1800 range and less of it.

That's interesting. I really wanna know how much drone will be produced on my 2012 L99.

Just to chime in here with my input on the system. I just put the Outlaw race 15430S mufflers on my car. I have the American Thunder catback, but decided to swap out the 40 series mufflers in comes with and welded the outlaws in place of them. It sounds AMAZING. I have never loved an exhaust system so much. I'm more than impressed with it.

I am beginning to wonder which exhaust to get for myself. I want the Outlaw, but all I hear is "gawd your gonna hate it because of AFM (having a L99). The Outlaw now comes in a catback (which is tempting) but probably dumb considering it'll probably take away my resonator that'll keep AFM at bay. Like I said I want the Outlaw, but perhaps a axel back is my best choice?

My freinds car sounds SICK with the LT's! He has a vid over on the california forum under "birthday present for me" For L99 guys, and not sure it helps, but he tuned out the AFM and has no resonators just flow's 2.5" catback pipes and the outlaws. I wonder why I had loud drone and he didn't much then I listened to a in cabin vid of his. He has the same drone, but at 2300-3000 rpm, not at 1500-2300 like I do, so in nnormal driving I didnt notice it much or on the dreeway(just a little.)

I tamed the drone to acceptable levels with the magnaflow x pipe and 2 layers of durakool insulation in the trunk and is much better along with a deeper albeit a bit more tame sound. Think its just right, for me anyway.

I just had the Flowmaster Axleback put on yesterday, sounds pretty good. I had Flowmaster 10's on with an X pipe before that were loud, but these are definitely louder.
