Washingon Auto Show - ZL1?

Anybody go to the DC Auto Show yet? Wondering if GM brought a ZL1 to the show. I'd really like to check one out in person.

I went Saturday with my daughter. Every year DC has a sub par showing for the Camaro. This year there was a 45th, and a modded, then regular transformer and a convertible. Nothing special with the exception of the black and green race ready ride.

Other areas get it done right. Ford display way outshines GM on these shows in DC. Sorry GM, just the way I see it. Ford send me a 50 dollar gift card each year just for test driving a car after going to the show. It pays for the show. Nice. I go test drive a mustang and drive off in my Camaro each year. I have never really like the stang.

They did have two concepts they are asking opinion about. I like the red one. It is sweet. The white is nice as well, but the red has soul!

Hmm...I just might do that. Suppose I could take a chance that they'll have one at the Baltimore show next week. I wonder if fbodfather is in the know on that?

Was the car unlocked and accessible? I'd like to get a close look at the interior, and sit in the car to check the seats, sightlines, pedal alignment, etc.

I have to admit I was never really interested in a 5th gen until the ZL1 was announced, so I'm not too familiar with any of its quirks. From what I've heard, the sightlines take some getting used to, but the interior does looks light years ahead of my 4th gen.

Don't have any info on the ZL's appearances, but I had a 2001 SS for 9 years and my 5th Gen still seems HUGE to me.

Baltimore Show

I went to the DC show and the chev display was poor at best. I was expecting to see the ZL1 but it was not there. Will the ZL1 be at the Baltimore show.

No ZL1 in Baltimore either

According to fbodfather there will not be a ZL1 in Baltimore either. Bummer. If you want to see one, it'll have to be in Philly between now and Sunday.

I will say the chevy area wasnt up to snuff with other brands but the cadillac area was sweet with the XTS and ATS and u could go out back and test drive new caddys and CTS-V series caddys as well so it was better than last year.
