Wow! This is the third thread on this topic in three days. Who cares! If you need trinkets to enjoy your hotrod maybe a camaro isn't right for you.

What ever happen to the days when car guys only cared about how fast they could make a car go.

Besides, if Ford has to stoop to this level to try and beat the camaro they must be really worried.

And alot of people opted for them.
You call an advance in technology "stooping"? lol
Do you think the ZL1 is stooping with magnetic suspension as well? because that is also an advancement in technology.

I think it's pretty neat and both sides have to come up with new things that's what makes the competition better. I'm excited to see gm's comeback personally.

While the tree is nice the reality is pretty much all the info is available on the ZL1 and it's in the HUD also. Which is a fancy doodad mustang doesn't have.

Kinda cool I guess. The selection of gauges are nice but I'd rather see them all mechanical, not a digital display. I'd prefer to see them on the center console or dash, like the 4-gauge cluster on the Camaro. The performance meters are cool too but I don't see myself using them alot on the street.

This quote is so full of fanboy fail it's funny. Maybe YOU'RE the one who shouldn't be driving a modern car since you don't need the "trinkets." It's 2012 and I want my car to have all the gizmos they can pack into it. If Chevy offered a Nav system in the Camaro, I would have gotten it. Oh I'm not a car guy because I think it would be cool to know what my 0-60 and 1/4 mile times are? Please
