What kind of grease did they use? The bars should have come with that clear/opaque grease that is really, really sticky. Can't recall the name, but someone will chime in, I'm sure. Regular axle grease will squish out and wear away.

Can you hear the sqeaking if you open your hood and then bounce the car up and down? Or shake it side to side?

BTW, there is no reason to do an alignment after only sway bars.

We include Energy Suspension Formula Number 5 with all of our sway bar packages and any kit that includes Polyurethane. It's SUPER tacky and resists breaking down to water and contaminates really well. Avalnch is right, a normal lithium based grease may work short term but a quality grease will be more effective and last quite a bit longer.

Is there a shaft collar bolted onto the sway bar to keep the bar centered? I would check to make sure the sides of the collar where it will rub the bushing is lubed as well.

Well, the expensive fix would be to get a really loud exhaust! ^_^

I had the same problem after install... due to Hotchkis supply of silicone grease is hard to use ( no cartridge) shops tend to use OE lube..I bought a cartridge of sil. lube from Hotchkis and took it back to the the installer and had them relube..problem solved.

There could be if they loosened the rack to slide the old front bar out.
