Hi there curly. If you look at the picture posted by 2010ABM, it is my car at SEMA Nov 2011 this year. It was painted Black Diamond Oct 2011, which makes the original post by the OP a little misleading.

Mindz, I guess you snuck into my garage in the last few days and took my car out for a spin and chipped up the rims.

I'll go back and check this weekend as I'm out of town right now. I have not had any issues with my Savini rims as other members on this site have had and I'm sure you have heard from them.

As far as the vented fenders. I have had dual vented fenders and rear quarters on my car since april-may of 2010 custom made by Hot Rod Alley. From what I have seen in the pictures, Gary's custom is doing some quality work on a customers car. Good Luck with the build as you know it is a very difficult task. BTW GREAT! color choice

Yes I know I own a Cadi not sure if it was one of the colors I had to choose from but I went with diamond white . I do believe black diamond was offered after I purchased mine . I actually was going to say Cadi first but the reason I said ricer is because all these car manufactures follow the next meaning they'll see one company using a color that sells and they'll change it up slightly by adding more metal flake or pearl to compensate for the 10% change to call it their own. Remember Fords Mystic Cobra how many cars that weren't ford did you see out on the road that copied that color . I'm not saying other car manufacturers copied Ford but a lot of painters tried Emulate that color . Anyways who cares Garry did a great job and I'm sure your car looks great as well .

is the black diamond a different paint code? Gary so was this a scuff and reshoot. The color looks amazing, would love to get a deeper black done on mine once the mods are done. I cant wait to see more. Thanks for sharring Gary, awesome as always out of your shop
