Simply love the look of those wheels and can't believe there 19s. there going to the very top of my list of top three wheels. I'm going to pm you for more info if you don't mind.

I was concerned at first since the combo is 2.3" shorter than original. I got the idea from JusticePete and the Pedders Camaro and the very lengthy thread about how to fit 305's on all 4 corners.

I think they look very good but my car is lowered with coilovers about 1.4" so that helps with filling out cavernous wheels wells. Forgeline's website has a lot of good info and pics of the various wheels. These are gunmetal centers with polished lips 19x10.5 DE3P

The performance with these in combination with my Pedders Justice roadcourse suspension puts the car on or above the same level as a Z06 Vette

With my Torque application on my droid i was able to register a 1.48 lateral G reading making a 90deg turn...no push/loose whatsoever and the tires were glued to the road.

When you say 2.3" shorter you mean the car is lower plus the coilovers 1.4". I'll have to read the pedder articles you mentioned that might clear some things up. I have the pedder coilovers too, but I'm not installing them til I get some wheels. Wow and the cornering sounds awsome. Well I owned corvettes before this car to I think I'll like that.

sounds like the ride might be rough over bumps.

Yes, with these new wheels/tires in addition to the 1.4" lower ride height from the coil overs the car is another 1.15" lower with the new shorter wheels and tires.

I get some scraping on the passenger side header just after the collector, It really is low and i may end up raising the coilovers about 1/2 in once i get the wheels back and mount the tires again.

Its is an agressive ride on the street but thats what i want. I am not hauling a bunch of pansy asses around

I want this car to be a race car, even though it only sees weekend use around town. If my kidneys are not aching after a 30 min jaunt around town, something is not right!!!YMMV!

I did notice the last couple times i pulled the car up into the garage the scraping did not happen. Maybe the scars on the pass side header self clearanced them selves.

The wheels will be back from Forgeline in a couple weeks hopefully. Got the OEM wheels and tires back on for now.....big yawn!!!!
