I was under the impression they were going to be vinyl also, hence why he wants 2 hoods.

WAIT - this is getting confusing. I want two hoods, one with graphics that will stay on it and will be fine to drive with it on. I don't care what they are made of, as long as it works. I don't plan on taking it off that hood ever. I'll switch to the regular hood for daily driving.

Just to be clear - I do not want clingon and pull off, I want something that is basically permanent. I don't know the right terms, so may have used them incorrectly.

OK the cling on just peals off and you can reuse it again& again. Vinal is what we put on are vehicles unless you paint them on. If i'm wrong someone correct me immediately please.

Thanks everyone for all your help with this little project. I have been out of the loop on car stuff for a long time, just getting back in now that the kids are older and I have a Camaro again.

Man I wish I hadn't put mine away :( BUT I have a friend who gave up his garage till april so that my SS could be pristine come springtime.

Hope you all are having a great winter. I'm making a resolution to spend more time with all of you this summer Take a few thursdays off and maybe make it to a show or two. Now to make the CGM show-worthy!
