Most of you know my story of what is going on and all I have to say is I get better customer service from my $11 haircut than I do for my $41,328 car.
Let's hear your horror stories!

What's your story? A little info should be provided to provide backing to such a powerful and bold statement.

My customer service wasn't bad ,but my cars was a lemon. I'm sticking with a ZL1 over a GT500 mainly because I believe most of the bugs have been worked out ,I like my Chevy dealer ,and I love the smoking hot looks of the ZL1. I will say though, if it ends up being like my 2010 camaro I will be done with Chevys for long while.

Do you really want a book? Let's see. Dealer says won't fix top cause there isn't a fix. Field rep comes out to look at car with service manager but nobody calls me to get the car to dealership. Chevy caseworker keeps asking dealer if they have a fix.

I asked my dealer about a TSB that replaces the PDIM module. It's supposed to fix the indexing problem with the Microsoft Zune HD MP3 players. He writes down "Zoon won't work" on the sheet. Clueless. Then he tells me they can't check my locking lug nuts because my wheels are aftermarket and he can't assume the liability. I had asked him to see if he had a thin walled socket that could tighten down the locking lugs better than the tire place had done. I'm assuming that if I happened to have a problem with my brakes they won't touch it because after all then they would have to take off my aftermarket rims and someone might drop one on their toe. He couldn't find the TSB for the PDIM even though I gave him the TSB number. None of this is too comforting.

I have had great service from my dealership. The advisor saw the issue and got it. They replaced the bow and put on a new top. I took it back to get adjusted and they called me a few times to check in. And through the entire time, I wasn't a jerk or anything. I just showed them the issue and they understood. It's now going on 4 weeks. The top is up and down as it is 70 here now. The holes are not re-appearing.

So I am not sad at all on the top. The car still looks and drive great. See the pictures for proof. I'll keep you up to date.

I've got a billion horror stories...

But for once, today... I've got a GOOD story and good service from GM!

Yeah, my tops still jacked up... but- I set out to find Olympic White trim panels since I'm keeping the car... sold out- country wide. I called about 20 different vendors/dealers who advertised "in stock"- all sold out, and apparently GM has no ETA on production.

Finally, after an hour of phone calls, one GM Parts Rep actually searched their data base and found me the last 2 sets in stock, nationwide. I called place #1- already installed on a lot car. Called #2... (and the light shone down from the heavens...) IN STOCK! Shipped to my door $391! Not only in stock, but a great price... and she Included a signed free gift from FBodFather!!!!

Ordered today, scheduled to arrive by Monday!

Yes our tops suck, yes they don't seem to be doing much about it... but dang it- this made my day!!!!

Parts rep didn't have to search for me (none of the others did) and the service I received from the dealer who had them- amazing! Actually made me forget about my top woes for a moment!
