Yes it will arrive in Ohio first. I'll have to go and take delivery there sign all the paperwork and stuff then put it on a transport truck to California. I haven't even looked at airfare to OH yet...

Yeah my girlfriend and I thought about doing that but I want to put a 3m clear bra on it first. Thats the first thing I'm doing to the car once I get it.

I'd totally drive it back! How fun.

An a one way flight should cost you about $500 San Fran to Cincinnati. Pretty steep for one way. Also check Dayton. It's about the same distance from the dealership and usually much cheaper.

You don't have to go there to sign. I live in Cali and bought one from Arkansas. They are going to FedEx me the papers to sign. The transporter will pick up from the dealer and bring it to me.

They got three allocations and one is sold and at 3400. The other I believe is 2000 since they had to place the order or lose the spot.

I was going to buy one but I could only get them down to $54,174 plus TTL and I want more off.

Is there still 1 allocation left???

Yeah I know. When I bought my 2002 SS I bought it in Oregon and had the papers sent to me and I signed and sent it back then they put it on a transport then on a ship then shipped to me in Hawaii.

When my SS got to me there was damage to my rear driver side quarter panel and it was covered up by the dealer. apparently a metal pole fell on my car at the dealer and caused damage. they got a touch up guy and they airbrushed the damage area and sent the car to me. they didnt even tell me what happened thinking i wouldnt notice. but when i called them and threatened to report it to GM they asked me to get 3 estimates and they sent me a check to fix it the right way.

Sooo...I'm not saying that this dealer in Ohio is going to do the same but I dont want to sign for the car without seeing it before taking delivery of it. Cuz when I did that last time, it was a big PIA for me to have everything taken care of. BUT we'll see. If the airfare at that time is too much then I may have to just sign the papers and have them sent to me.
