With that said, so far...

As far as not spending money, I'm off to a bad start. No plans to do anything else, but you see how that's going already

As of today, I can add GM GFX to the list.

Yeah. Don't drive it in snow. In 2-3wks. you won't be worrying about it. If you haven't put winter tires by now what's the point?

Winter tires aren't just for snow & ice conditions.

But also for cold temperature traction.
& we are about 2-3 months away from summer tire season.
Especially since Zdrrguy plans to daily drive his Camaro.

Summer tires do not stick to the road below 5°C/40°F.
& summer tires will crack if driven on cold roads below freezing; possilbly wreaking the tires (it has happened to G8 owners with the summer tire package).

Ideally, it would be best to park & store the Camaro until the temperatures in the morning are constantly above 5°C.
& get a winter tire package next winter season.

I have to agree. When it got near freezing my Pzeros were basically useless. Made drifting easier though. And hell nothing like 4 wheel drifts on snow tires.
