I have not seen that many around. Although I do know that one dealer I went to had 4 or 5 in all different configurations. My dealer only had one I bought it about a week after it hit his lot.

When I got My 45th in December, My dealer had 4 of them.. I'm In New Jersey and every dealer I've been to has anywhere from 1 to 5 of them! So they don't appear to be be that rare?.. Although I have only come across 1 on the road...

The salesman at my dealership told me that they were RARE. He said that there was a special allotment and some dealers might not even get one.
He suggested that if I wanted one I should buy the one they had because I might never get another chance.

I was actually there PLANNING to buy it but I didn't hurry to tell him that and I didn't let on that I knew he was barking out his butt.
Then later in the process he told me that he couldn't honor my employer's GM discount because these were not regular stock. BUT he thought he could get me into it for $xxxxx (not too much over MSRP).

I walked out with exactly the price I walked in with. You see, I had a printout from GM quoting my employer's discount plan price for that car.
Why in the world would I pay more????

I don't think he likes me.

And once again I don't like salesmen. Exceptions to the rule are far too rare.
Be careful out there kiddies.
