I got to test drive a V6 and WOW!

I got to test drive a 1LT black V6 with a moon roof today and all I can say is wow! I was surprised when the sales man told me to get in and punch it! I used the paddle shifters and was doing 84 half way before I was up the on ramp! The brakes and the handling is fantastic! There was someone else from the dealership test driving a Hyandai Genesis and we smoked them on the streets and on the freeway. I am not telling you to drive fast by any means, but the V6 has more than enough punch to put a big ol' smile on your face! The dealer is local to So Cal.

Good to hear it at least FEELS fast, and is fun to drive.

It was Team Chevy in Pasadena, and they said MSRP. They have a 2SS SIM coming in next week for test drives.

YEAH AZUSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you drive on GMR often? I just got back from a weekday morning run taking advantage of an empty road. Yay unemployment.

So my big question, how quick do the paddle shifters shift? I heard the G8's manual shift mode is pretty slow, so I was wondering if they fixed that for this application.

Oh, and I'm so going out for a test drive now. WOOOOO!

You better not let your car be loaded then lmao. That is a recommendation few and far between will follow.

I don't know about that, but I would'nt want one that was beat on on a lot of short test drives. When I bought my spec 5 years ago, I believe they said to just not drive at a constant speed for very long until it had like 3k or so miles on it. I did take it fairly easy as far as no flooring it until then also. I'm not sure what the recommended break in is for the camaro though?
