Right now gotta finish the other two mods which are more for show and helping me get in/out of the car. Both with George. Some parts are coming in from Germany last week in Febuary and hoping the Oracle V2 kit will be completed. |

I have it mounted right under the headlight control. Sounds like about same as where you have yours. I used 4 strips of the double sided 3m tape. Holding up great. Where it is mounted I can look at the little window thing and see what color my lights are as I push the remote. I would post a picture but my phone won't allow me to do it.

Hey sorry about your accident Haole kinda weird how it happened right before you were going into surgery and weren't gonna be able to drive it any ways but good thing no one got hurt. I saw you guys talking about multi-color halos, I was wondering how hard is it to install dual color halos? How much did it cost you guys to get yours installed?

Engine Shutdown
Was having some fun on the H1 yesterday and opened it up passing a car going 45mph. Great acceleration and then the engine went quiet, released the accelerator and punched it again and it roared to life. Interesting that I couldnt get it to do it again. Felt like I had hit the rev-limiter and it shut down, but didnt think possible with an auto trans. Has anyone had this problem before? Cant remember, but sounded like it was between gears when it shut down.

I have a stick but was your traction control on? What was you gas level?
So much computer contols nowadays. Probably switching to a LSx motor will cure that!

I thought traction control pulls timing to detune car. Taz, how much gas did you have in the tank? I know you got the dual pumps. I'm running a boostapump and havent encountered fuel starvation problems, yet. Ive punched it with ~1/4 tank, but ive never held it for any long periods of time.

I might have Bode go ahead and install a meth kit. Was going to install a Alkycontrol or Coolingmist system, but wanted to install post blower since the meth is suppose to eat away at the rotors in the Magnacharger. Installing post blower is really expensive and have to tear ur engine apart. That was my original thinking last year of going ahead and doing a L99-LS3 conversion.. while it was apart to go ahead and forge the parts and install a 3bolt cam vs the 1bolt L99 cam. But since it was tore apart was gonna go ahead and sleeve the block and increase the cid to 427. Bode said it would be better to just buy a LSX block and build an engine and replace, that way very little downtime and when the engine was put together, they could just swap it out (Along with upgrading the radiator, engine mounts and anything else required). Thats where I am at now. Still gonna install axle, drivetrain in a couple of months and check out more on adm-performance trans upgrades. They are pushing alot of power with thier whipple sc's. The Oracle lights are shipped and last checked in Texas. Last night my footwell lights went out on both sides. Hope its just a loose wire. Just bad luck this year on installs. At least my wheel as been reglued and not leaking. Bought some stronger velcro and gonna try to velcro the controller. Been bumped around and notice sometimes the lights are on when I get out of the car. Wonder if anyone noticed that I had a green and red headlight and purple fog lights lit while driving. Taz |

Wow, did you hear about the Maggie upgrade kit Stage II which pumps up the hp to 727rwhp on a L99 engine and auto trans. Maybe this is the way for me to go. Thats close to 1Khp to the crank.
