Most ignorant (or interesting) comment you've ever gotten?

I had a cop today(not cop bashing) that didn't pull me over, but felt the need to stop next to me as she passed me(going the other way) at a stop sign and roll down her window to tell me I was going too fast on small stretch between two stop signs, even though I never left first gear and the speed limit was 40mph... I know the car looks fast and can go fast, but that doesn't mean I'm flooring it everywhere I go. She then proceeded to tell me my music was too loud. It was at vol. lvl 15 on the stock non-BA system, a lot of people around my town blast their music louder than I could with the stock system, mine definitely wasn't anywhere near any kinda noise violation. Again, I'm not cop bashing, I just think it's ignorant to assume I'm in the wrong when you can't even pull me over for anything. No blue light special, yet I still get scolded for something I wasn't doing.

or better yet i had something tht really pissed me off... i was at a show and u know how guys usually go around putting fliers in the cars well the shows ending and im locking up to go to the awards and the guy giving out fliers points to my rear gill decals and is like "is tht painted on" and im like "no its a decal" and he goes "ohh well you know they make chrome ones" he must have thought it was dads car cuz he was their with me putting all the stuff in the car cuz theres no room in his corvette and im like did this man just try me ooo hell naw and im like "well ur passing out pliers and this is my car so we see how far your thinking has gotten u..." so later on i c the guy leaving and hes driving a 1990 honda accord(the only reason i kno that is cuz thts the car my friend drives)

well it could be worse. i had a cop pull me over b/c he thought i was speeding and then wrote me a ticket and said " i don't know how fast u were going and i don't know the speed limit here so i'm going to write u a speeding ticket WTF lets just say i haven't seen the cop around since then

Yea, very true. A friend of mine has a truck, and his exhaust is loud enough to be heard a mile away(it's illegal and he's gotten tickets for it, but that's besides the point) and one day he had a cop that heard him accelerating from a good ways away and caught up to him and pulled him over. The cop told him it sounded like he was going too fast, and since he had no earthly idea how fast he had actually been going he wrote him a ticket for driving too fast for conditions...

Simple solution, ask the cop to show you the radar gun clocking, no record no ticket. A cop cannot just give you a "speeding" (big key here) ticket based on sound alone or without some type of visual confirmation (tracking you by his own speed etc). Also a cop can be asked to display the clocked speed on his radar gun. Noise pollution on the other hand can be given without an official meter or skewed as some type of "excessive <insert random item>".

True, but he didn't give him a speeding ticket technically, it was "too fast for conditions" which is at the cops discretion. You don't get any points on your license for it, so it's basically just a simple fine and your done with it, it's more just annoying.

Got this once before with my interior. Guy changing my oil was drooling over the car and said he loved everything except the 'red' interior. I quickly corrected him lol. Think I may have offended him.

I asked were it was , He siad " I did not bring it, I am done with car shows"
Then I asked Why are you here then? He said just to see what kinda crap there making now. After that I said well when I get to your age I hope I am not as ignorant as you. He walked off and his friend that was with him said to me "He has not had his camaro for well over 30 yrs he sold it when he got married. I said oh That explains alot.

I saw my 14 year old daughter arguing with the dumbass kid across the street because he told her that he liked my black Camaro with the red stripes....it's actually AGM with IOM stripes and interior.

My most common remark/comment and I guess gesture are little kids (like age 4-12) pointing or waving and saying mommy I want that car, or simply whoa!!

It feels pretty good considering the work ive put in, and it being a 14 year old car.
