Metthem, it'd be awesome if you could post a quick video of your exhaust note. I have the same setup minus the solo HFCs, but thinking about getting them.

Okay, I've confirmed that the Solo High Flow Cats with resonators will bolt onto my coated pacesetters. Soon as my tax return gets here, I'm ordering a pair and bolting them on.

Elykson, how do you like your pacesetters??? I haven't heard much about them besides that they are a lot less than bbk
![]() are the 304 steel?? I'm worried about getting some that aren't. I don't want my LT rusting away or anything.

Pacesetters are mild steel and will rust. You can buy them coated to prevent that. I bought mine off another member without the coating and took them to LoKo Performance to get them coated. $285 for everything and i'm satisfied with them. You have to use better gaskets than the ones they provide. I blew one right away.
Edit: oops, i meant to quote Mypuppysirius.

The JBA's are a bit of a PIA by comparison. Wish I'd seen the pacesetters awhile back |

Here's my videos, Doug Thorley shorties, Solo hfc's, flowmaster amt axle back, CAI intake.
First one is in cabin windows up, medium acceleration from 0 to about 50 or so. same acceleration, windows down In cabin various revs in neutral, I had the camera on lowest resolution so the video does not match the audio, sorry, but its easier to load this way. Camera at the back of the car, various revs.

Your setup sounds exactly the way I want mine to. Nice sound! I wonder how closely a set of universal high flow cats and resonated x would match the solos
I can't see paying 695 I think it was unless I find a good deal
