Well for the right price I may be interested in everything. I've heard it's a pretty good upgrade for the LS.

BM Randall, that's good to know about the muffler shop. Thanks.

The In-n-out burger on Kolb & Broadway seems to be the hangout spot on Friday's after 9:00. I used to cruise Speedway too back in the 80's (yeah, i'm old). We'd be glad to have you in the Camaro club. Always looking for the older gens to join the group.

For the dash, you would need three more of these lights sources, plus the fiber optic light pipe from Opher (2SSRS) on Camaro5.com.

I would suggest swapping out the door lights first to see if it's what you're looking for. If not, you're only out $20, and I'd buy them from you if you don't want them. Then you can add the dash kit. By then, they may have the new smaller, flexible light pipe.

All of this is fairly easy, but frightening as you try to pull apart the trim pieces and door panels.

As for the halos, I've been told that they may change from white to red simply by changing the polarity of the LEDs...
i just ordered a couple of the door lights from gmpartsdirect.com is there a DIY on how to do the trim on the doors?

Sure thing, glad to pass on the recommendation. It's a small hole in the wall shop but I'll definitely go back for any future exhaust work. Funny thing, I ran into another C5 member there, I believe YZRider.

Below is the link to the DIY. While you have the door panels off, you may want to extend the door lights up to the dash. Simply remove some felt pads and a little paint once you remove the light tube. I did mine 3 months ago. Just be careful not to break the light tube. I'd be happy to help once you get the parts in. I have a set of the trim removal tools.

Ya, I was afraid of that--too new for anyone's exhaust to go bad. I'll probably go ahead and cut em to store in the garage for now.

Well I had a nicely drafted version of a logo, and my computer crashed as I was saving, time to do it all again.
