Hypothetically yes....depending on what bulbs you used. But yes would be a most appropriate answer.

Do the load resisters get hot? Can I just let them dangle or is there a better way to do it? The RS only has 2 wires. Do I just use those?

Yes they do and I always mount all mine so they can't melt something.

Same here... I have my load resistors on for quite some time now. Zip tied them onto the signal wiring. No melting yet...

Especially in the rear, they WILL get hot enough to melt plastic. Keep them away from everything!

I just installed leds in all 4 tail lights and load resistors on all 4. I clamped them to the two outside wires as you are supposed to. My inside driver side light does not blink when the headlights are on. it just stays on and doesn't blink bright dim bright dim like all 3 others. I installed front led turn signals too and drls but when I installed the rear load resistors I do not get any hyper blinking or error messages. Do the front blinkers not having resistors on them have something to do with that one rear light not flashing. By the way I believe that rear light acted the same before I installed any resistors at all

Those are typically used for CANbus and won't work on the Camaro.

Here is a video of what is happening. Please let me know if anyone has a solution. It looks pretty stupid in person.

Plug and Play resistors (They are garbadge)

They are not only for CANBus. They are still resistors but just self contained and "plug and play". I hooked them up and they worked, but are complete junk. Made cheaply and connections constantly come loose causing fast flash.

I did end up just usuing normal resistors and everything is working fine. LED Turn Signals in front looking great! GM should have done this from factory. Rear was LED stock, so why not front too?
