But if you happen to see someone paying too much attention to the car, it is fun to give them a jolt sometimes.
po asked, now we respond and we get the old lighten up, cus you don't like what comes up. lighten up Revo. This is something that a school kid would do. and yes it would pi$$ me off.

Oh come on guys i don't do it on regular basis i just do it once every 2 or 3 months when i'm with people we get a laugh out of someone in our group who doesn't know how my car sounds and looking at people's reactions to the sound of the beast, and for you guys who find this stupid and offensive to give people a little scare for a joke, put back your headers and mufflers back on cz i'm sure your neighbours hate you every time you cold start your car

Did it once without realizing. I have an LS3 so I was in the car, but I started it when there was 2 old couples walking by. My wife was still getting in the car and saw the old man jump. I had to laugh a little but I felt really bad, because it seriously could have given him a heart attack.

I have the LS3, so it doesn't work for me, and if did, I wouldn't do it still, as it's bad to do something like that, would you like someone to have done that to you?

This is just stupid. And that video is one of the reasons I hate diesel drivers. As one night there was a dodge 3500 trying to race me, and I was just driving, and he goes in front of me and does that to me, I just pass him and brutally stop. He got pissed as he was breaking and trying to change lanes ASAP.

Now I'm not going to lie, sometimes I go home visit family... and I just get in the car minding my own business, and not noticing there is kids and a lot of people around, I start the car and the whole block is staring at me, I feel bad...

The remote start trick is just funny and anyone who kicks the car is a jerk. I'd jump if it happened to me, I'll admit it, but then I'd laugh. At myself for jumping. It's just a sound and if the car is anything close to legal it's not loud enough to cause hearing damage. The sound of a car starting shouldn't be totally unexpected in a parking lot anyway. No reason to get pissed off.

Now the diesel trick is another story entirely. Being engulfed in a cloud of stinky diesel smoke on purpose by some idiot would be a good reason to be pissed off.

I don't have remote start but sometimes I'll rev it when girls pass buy or something like that. Usually scares the hell out of people lol.

So I was sweeping the snow off my wifes car this morning, she comes walking out and I hear her say "starting the car". She has a remote starter and was giving me a heads up. That's just common courtesy, that other gag is just mean spirited and shows your true colors.
