according to my Tach it bounces at about 6600 for me. try to hit it as rarely as possibly but sometimes I just don't shift fast enough... or maybe I wanted to know how fast I could go in first gear!

I was going to get a stick but I commute to DC and live in central MD I think we are top 5 worst in the country for traffic. If I ever move back to Arizona I will get a manual.

I shift at 6700 that where it *gunks* and begins to bounce.
