I was planning on leaving for Indy around 9 or 10. But if they do a cruise around four I will leave earlier. I am not going to leave wedsenday at all. I have to save my time for sept. as I am going to Alaska for ten days. So I would rather leave earlier in the morning to get there. Google shows it right around six hr drive. So I figure we can make that easy with only one gas stop, and a couple of bathroom breaks. The cruise would be fun, they did one at the first fest, but I will not lose sleep if I miss it. This is all just my thoughts if you guys wanna do your own thing I understand completely.

First... We all need to agree on a day we're all leaving for Camaro Fest!!!

Hooking up with the guys and gals from Cedar Rapids at the rest area just south of town would be great. Or the Mc Donald's across from the truck stop so we can all fill up on food and gas before pulling out.

Then for the Des Moines, Iowa City, and others we could meet up in the Best Buy parking lot at the Coralville Mall just off the interstate or in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

I think this would be a good place to have all from Des Moines meet as it would get very confusing picking up people as your going through Des Moines. Just putting this out there because it was a PITA last year at Cruise to the Woods when going through Altoona-Ankeny pickup points. From ther we can meet up with the Waterloo-Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City clans east if Iowa City. Traveling in a group would be awesome and easy with a little planning.

Thanks for posting Bob, I was busy all weekend and wasn't able to get on much. However, I did find an apartment and will be moving in on the 10th and then I will start my new position on the 12th in Waterloo.

Hey Tim, it was good seeing you at Wal Mart today. My wife didn't know about me spending money on my engine cover an brake fluid resevoir either, but thankfully she didn't say anything after we left. ahahah. Maybe one of these times I could get your help on making sure everything on my RX CC is good to go. I don't have a vaccuum line tester nor do I know how to work one.

When I work in Grundy County several times a week I drive from Iowa falls, 40 miles one way. Do 3 12 hour shifts and drive back and forth. Im well compensated for the trouble.

James I like the Coralville mall meet. I would like to try and get a Newton meet at the race track exit at around 6:00 a.m. on the 2nd. That puts us about 80 miles away at that point, so a touch over an hour would meen a 7:15 arrival at the mall. Depart by 7:30 would put us in Indy at 1:30 our time 2:30 EST. Been talking with skipinminn about letting him use my apt in Boone for a crash pad if he was making it a 2 day run. If we can nail down a time and dates this sounds like alot of fun. I am real flexable on time, I'll make anytime work with enough notice. Just putting these times out there if check-in time is 3:00 that afternoon, and depending on when cruise might be.

The TB install is easy and fast... nothing I can think of for the install.

The Isolator install was very easy also. I do recommend on getting a 13mm ratcheting wrench for the back two bolts or have alot of patience. I used my tablet to follow SC2150's install post with pictures and also used Mike Norris's post that had a word doc instructions.

I drive 30 miles one way 5 days a week, right now. I don't think there is any better car to drive those miles in than a Camaro.
