They stated they saw a white pickup back into her car and the driver even got out and walked back to look at what he had done and then got back in his truck and drove off. And NO,.... the witness didnt know the idiot and didnt bother to get a tag number.

just get one of those motion activated camera's for you dash. nobody will ever get away with hitting you again.
