7 letter/number are expensive. 800 for 10 years. i think 150 for 1 year

It was like over 800 for 10 years, over 500 or something for 5 years and over 300 for 1 year .. WOW..

well i know i complained about the price, but i reserved mine lol. i put it on layaway until i check with my wife when she gets home this PM. I wonder how much other fees outside of the 800 for 10 years would we have to pay for tarrant county, anyone know?

i called county to answer my own question. The 800 for 10 year is only for you to have the rights to that plate. You would still have to pay the anual vehicle renewal fees of 62.75. That would be 142.75 to own these 7 character specialty plates

I have the 7 character plates, have for years.....and YES, its $800 for 10 years....adn its a ONE TIME FEE that you pay all at once....so when you get your registration renewal, its still the $62.75 for the year....as you have already paid the $800 for the plates. and just so ya know.....you can transfer the plates from one vehicle to another, and when you sell one, you must take the plates off of it adn take them with you.

i did the 10 yr plan, about $60 a year, i'm planning on keeping my ZL1 for a very long time!
