Ok we finally Have a Host Hotel for Saturday July 21st

The Hillcrest Hotel in Revelstoke B.C.

They are excited to accommodate us as they've hosted Car Clubs in the past.

I highly recommend booking your rooms ASAP as this is a very busy weekend in the area and hotels will fill up fast.

Please call 1-250-837-3322 and mention that you are with the Camaro5 group in order to get the group rate of $133

As we get closer to the date we can also make decisions on dinner and breakfast as they have offered deals on both.

Sorry I forgot we were on the forum I told you to go to. The list is on the BC/ Alberta thread, just let Mercuryman know and he will add you to the list. We are booking at the Coast Hotel in Revelstoke. The Alberta group will probably get it together in Calgary and then head out Saturday morning. There is a code to get the lower rate at the Hotel and make sure to call them direct. As for the date it is the 21st July. The more the merrier.
