I have the blue/ white combo that one of the blue LEDs just isnt working.... Emailed Dan in August and he resonded saying he'd get a replacement out to me as soon as he could.... Emailed him afew times since with no response..... Really sucks now that spring is coming on, but what do you do??

I just got the dynamic scanner from AAC and going to use. I will be putting in soon. If interested in buying remote or other components pm me with offer.

For those of you that received a faulty product consider yourselves lucky, Ive not received ANYTHING at all. Im past my 45 day refund window through Paypal!

Check that, my first email to him was june 30, final email from him was Aug 17

If you paid thru paypal but by credit card contact your credit card company and request a chargeback. I think you have 90 days on most cards to do that.

Well I'd say were both wrong. My fiance deals with credit card charge backs for a living and she says the average time allowed for a charge back is 120 days. Unless its a certain type of discover card and they allow up to one year.

Pretty said I contacted him back in Jan no replies I have 2 LEDs out the scanner still works I just wanted to order a new one since mine has been on my car since May 2010 the AAC scanner just does not look right plus I do not think it will do the red/blue light patters this on has
