Noob Footwell Question

Alright so here's the deal...I cut my wires of my LED lights too short. Is it an option to just use speaker wire to get more length on them or do I have to get a different type of wire?

As long as it is the light weight stuff 18ga or so, you don't need the heavy duty speaker wire. I have more than once.

If I may ask where did you purchase your LED strips from. I just saw some at Auto Zone that I thought would work. I believe they were 24 inch strip (2) for $20..You can then cut to the length you need.

That's exactly where I got mine at, although I contemplated the 2 24 in's for $30 that were brighter. Got them hooked up and waiting for nightfall to see if they are as bright as I want.
