Dome Light Fuse
Does anyone out there know where the fuse is for the dome light.Can not get it to light.Think I blew a fuse. Any Help Please, Thankyou

Page 5 - 6 of the owners manual:
Dome Lamps The dome lamp buttons are located in the overhead console. To change the settings, press the following: ( (Off): Turns the lamp off, even when a door is open. 1(Door): The lamp comes on automatically when a door is opened. '(On): Turns the dome lamp on. Since there isn't a seperate fuse, make sure you don't have the switch in the off position.

Haven't serched for it . How did you blow it. Some elect have brakers
and reset when car is turned off |

Yea there isn't a fuse for the dome lamps. Its controlled by the BCM, so if it was a fuse problem there would be other things not working also.

that is true.if it is a fuse issue,there will be other things on that circuit not working.have you checked the bulb?

I check the switch,no go.I tap into this wire on the passenger side for the footwell lighting.It did work now it does not. I cant figure it out.What could it be.

Pull up center console and tap into power for excesory power out.
Much simpler but the lights will be on when Car is started. |

Something isn't right with your footwell lighting. You might have to disconnect your lighting and see if the BCM resets that circuit. Your lights might be shorted, or drawing too much load.

so i accidently touched my ground and power together as i was setting up my footwell lights which are connected to my dome light power. my dome light/backup lights are not working now...any way to reset? i really dont know what to do
