Steve/Mike,
Do you all have a list of events firmed up?
Also, did you all already have a planned program for any wounded warriors attending? It would be cool to get a 'sponsor' from the WW's attending, and then see about getting clearance for them to ride along with their 'sponsor' running down the 1/4 track, the cruise, and/or any other events rolled in. Is that something you all already have rolled into the event, or is that in the too hard to do category?

We are still finalizing plans, some of em take meetings that have to be scheduled, and I'm not sure on WW folks...

I met with the city today for approval on the Police escort cruise. The cruise will staert at 6pm on Friday 15 June. We are constantly working on vendors and sponsors. The request for the 82nd Airborne choir has been submitted. I agree, we want to invite wounded warriors to the cruise and the drag strip but still working that. Has anyone in J-ville got in touch with Stevenson about coming? They do not have a race that weekend.

I put in a request for Fueled by The Fallen to bring the Angel Camaros to the event as well.

I'm planning to attend again this year. Even with the weather I thought it was an outstanding event last year, y'all did an awesome job planning & execution. Hopin to go head to head with Nelson on the track!!!lmao ummm, yeah man...a challenge! You too caniac fan!!!!!

Update the OP... Added vendors who have confimred!... Still waiting on others to confirm... Its looking very good this year.

Also, Don't forget we have the mobile dyno coming, and I have reached out to Mayhem Motorsports about doing some tuning on site... It's being knocked around so we may have that as an option as well... however it's not totally confirmed yet.
