Man oh Man.... I figured this was going to be another 2x4 across the forehead for some Camaro issue !!! Glad to see its in transit , you just need to change your title to HIGH 5's all around ...

Guys - make me feel better. I have NEVER ordered or bought a car sight-unseen. I pulled the trigger on the Camaro because I think it is the hottest thing from the Big 2 since the Ford GT (and I can't afford $150,000 car). What were you all thinking before you signed up?

I think it was how you wrote it. He may interrupt it that you saw it in May and then ordered it. Yes, that is not what you wrote but was similar to other stories.

In October 2008 GM had this up on their site:

I added the bold to the above statement. GM stated that they had an allotement to the dealers for a set amount of pre-orders. That number would be built by the 3rd quarter. People that pre-ordered before production started saw others order in May and have theirs built before them. Kinda of sucks when you read that you would be the first to own one doesn't it?
