Are these plug and play for Non-Rs models? Do I have to order the RS lights then order this package? please advise.

They are workong on a complete hit that will include the RS headlights but YES this kit requires the OEM RS Halo lights

I ordered mine Feb 29th and haven't received a tracking number. I am thinking I'll get the tracking number late next week or early week after that.

I received my kit and watched the video.

I must say, the workmanship is outstanding and the video was a must for proper install, good job guys....

Well my kit will be here today, but I can't install. But its only because my car is at the interior shop getting custom leather/suede interior put in, LOL.

Got my kit yesterday and installed it. Quality kit. Everything works great. Only wish you could flash just one color at a time. Switches between all colors or red, green, and blue. But I'm still happy with it.
