I was putting gas in my wife's trailblazer and wearing an SS Camaro hat my father in law gave me when i bought our car when i was told by the monster truck driver next to me "that'll be the closest you'll ever get to a camaro". my reply was "well yeah, until i get home and walk out to my garage"

Guy pulls up beside me in a 2010-ish RX-8. He rolls down the window and says, "nice mustang ******" " I point down, referring to the CAMARO on the fender. He looks down, looks at me and just rolls his window up.

Haven't had any negative comments... but, I WILL need to install a PA system under the hood, just for the kiddos who insist that it's Bumblebee. Happens all the time. The best, though, was just a couple of days ago at the gas station. A kid about five or six was walking by holding mom's hand. He pointed and said, "Look, Mom, it's Bumblebee!" Mom looked slightly embarrassed and said, "Yes, it DOES look like Bumblebee, huh?" The kid firmly corrected her: "No, Mom... it IS Bumblebee!"
So, gonna hafta install a PA system so I can reply to the little humans who talk to it. Nothing but compliments. At the same gas station, I had four different strangers at ONE fill- up offer random compliments, including one girl who even wanted to "look at the inside." I obliged, but couldn't take her home. My wife would have objected. |

Today I stopped at the store and ran in while my car was still running. (Keep in mind I just did a muffler delete so it sounds awesome at an idle) well when I was coming out a guy and his girlfriend were parked next to me in his 2007 or so V6 Mustang. Both their windows were down so I could hear him trying to ask her something but she just turned away from him and kept staring at my car. She did this until I got in and started to back out. I thought it was pretty funny. A compliment without the person even saying a word.

Ive shared this story on here before... Im 25... And last year i bought my 1LT ..... some girl at work walks up to me in the parking lot n she says " i love your car ... With a car like that you must have no kids" i laughed and told a few friends the comment.... 3 weeks later my gf tells me shes pregnant ...
