Its called Dealer allocation. Every dealer gets one as one of the three extra cars that were promised back in the January IDL..Most big cities will be host to this - with Milwaukee in late May, and like recently happened in Dallas

Great post. Love the way they displayed these babies.
The picture of the Black Camaro by itself is one of the better ones of Black that I have seen.
