We might go last second. Christa has really been wanting to take the girls and watch the cars. The Sizz is DR-less so she wouldn't roll anyhow. Might be a good opportunity to go see everybody.

You should think about a pair of track only rears brotha. I'm working on the same thing to where when I know I'm heading there, I take the DRs. I used to do it all the time with the 4th Gen car, but never thought about it with this one.

You can pick up a pair of 20's and throw a pair of 05's on em for next to nothing and not have to bang the ish out of your 22" tires.

Just a thought and I know your car in current trim would prolly pic up damn near a .5/.75 seconds with em.

I think I may ditch the 22"s love the look but I am going a little more towards performance so I think its probably time...

I am thinking that for now what I might do is buy some 18x11 TSW Nurburgring's and Nitto NT05R's and just swap them when I know I might see some action. Saw these a few weeks ago and I should have jumped on them but the color wasn't exactly right so I hesitated. Thinking I can get new ones with new tires (305/45 r18) for about a grand.


I had some bills come up that I had to pay plus I know my clutch is hanging on for dear life so that is going to be a good chunk of change but then it will be new tires... I will either go the above route or just buy Z06 replicas and run 17"s on the front and 18"s on the back...

Front ZO6 Wheels work nice on the rears of ours. Hence 19's but they're cheap if you roll around the Vette Forums.

Yeah, those pictured above is exactly what I was meaning. Perfect for keeping the big meats healthy.

Lol Im pretty sure those 22s are lighter than the GM 21s? No biggy, just run what you brung there will always be those that talk mess... See where you're at and adjust to get where you wanna be, I can hardly wait to get out there Im pretty sure what Im gonna run just waiting on some parts and I'll make it official...

damn brother... where you hiding? come out and say hello , let me take you to lunch or something....

I am not too worried about it, you are right the TSW's are forged so they are actually about the same weight as the stock 20"s, just more rotating mass lol.. I have raced plenty on them and have held my own..
