Seriously, if it's snowing, I WOULD NOT pick it up. Those tires are not gonna grip, at all. Last thing we need is to see the first one picked up injured.

Pick it up drive slow or trailer it and put it in the heated garage for awile

I wouldn't worry much about the snow; however, you may want to get a police escort to establish a "safety buffer" and ensure nobody else gets near you enroute home.
