Engine bay looks real good. The bowtie compliments things very nicely....

Today I have gotten my two emblems by Roger.
Great work Roger and once again thank you very much.

My plan was it to attach them on the hood. But now am I not more sure.
Because the surface is very damageable. What is if they get scratches or so?
Can anyone tell me please, if it is possible to remove them again, without to damage the strips?

Thanks!!!! I think the IOM goes well with the SGM, something different then the norm and the pics don't do it any justice at all..

That's where I'm planning to put my badges on the aside of my cowl as well. They shouldn't scratch anything and to remove them should you want, just use a plastic trim tool or some fishing line. I removed every stick on badge on my car with fishing line & plastic trim tool, no damage at all. Then a little adhesive remover to get any sticky residue off the paint.

Nice to read.
Thank you very much for your answer.
BTW: I meant the badge surface. My mistake.

No problem, and I'm pretty sure that you shouldn't have to worry about the badge surface scratching, they're pretty heavy duty acrylic, I'm sure Roger will chime in as well! Go for it!

These pieces are made from mirror stainless steel.
They will not get scratched from driving your car.
When you clean them just spray all of the dirt off of them before you take a rag to clean them.
They can be removed if you ever need to do so with the fishing line trick that was mentioned before.

We have emblems on our cars that are at least 6 years old, that look brand new. What we clean them with is a chamois, with a windex vinegar mixture.
The vinegar will remove fingerprints, waterspots etc..., and the windex will evaporate without leaving streaks.
This sold everywhere as a kitchen and house cleaning solution.

Any chance you can do something like the rivetted version of the cup holder insert shown here?:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Camaro-Chrome...item4aada9e5d6

I dig the look but it seems like the Camaro text is curved along the shifter trim where I would prefer that it was straight... and maybe have RS on there too but not sure there's room.

Hi Roger,

Here is what I mean by flipping the hud plaque:
Notice is't not just flipped upside down. The longer part of the curve is at the top right when inverted. When the original way it is in the top left.
Does this make sense?

I would like it to read (naturally with the writing the correct way - left to right - not inverted):

Built By
CHEVROLET On
9/27/11

Everthing centered and the Date "9/27/11" in Red if possible.

The reason for this is that I put the original one I ordered on the right side of the radiator plate I ordered from you because it does not fit the leather dash pad, so I want to put another one on the left side but want it to look uniform with the curving toward the center.

It's kinda harder to explain than it seems.

Is this doable?

Thanks
